Michael Tate

 As a South Tampa native, I have lived in the area for over 25 years! I specialize in luxury residential and off-market commercial development and leverage my local market knowledge and connections to provide a flawless real estate experience for my clients. I graduated locally from H.B. Plant High school, where I led my football team to an 8A state championship win. I was rewarded in 2015 and was inducted into the H.B. Hall of Fame for my efforts. I carry this same discipline and integrity into the residential and commercial real estate sector and employ it in my negotiations to ensure the best prices for my client’s investments. After high school, I went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s Urban and Regional Planning program. This education gave me sharp lenses for urban and residential living, project development, and spatial designs. Whether my clients are buying, selling, or investing, I leverage all my experience and knowledge about the area's new homes and local neighborhoods to help guide my clients to make the right decisions for them.
