Starting with new home sales and construction in Pinellas County, Florida, Renaissance Realty of Pinellas Inc. was established. With over 29 years of experience in residential and commercial sales, marketing, land acquisition, and investment properties, I have put together a book as a resource of knowledge.
As a member of the Stellar MLS and Greater Tampa Realtors, Beaches MLS, Broward, Palm Beaches & St Lucie Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, and Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) with the earned designation Certified Residential Specialist, Renaissance Realty of Pinellas Inc., also known as Renaissance Realty Group, focuses on fulfilling the real estate needs of individuals, families, businesses, and private investors.
I established Renaissance Realty Group in 1995, believing in quality over quantity. What was once a large real estate operation working for a builder is now a boutique-sized small business, allowing the RRG team to provide you with dedicated attention, tailoring their services to meet your specific needs.
Working for a builder in pristine, furnished model centers has brought me invaluable marketing experience and a keen eye in knowing how to appeal to buyers and sellers. The commercial and residential divisions are dedicated to providing exceptional service, integrity, and honesty, while devoting time to finding the best property at the most favorable value for clients.

Michael Tate
As a South Tampa native, I have lived in the area for over 25 years! I specialize in luxury residential and off-market commercial development and leverage my local market knowledge and connections to provide a flawless real estate experience for my clients. I graduated locally from H.B. Plant High school, where I led my football team to an 8A state championship win. I was rewarded in 2015 and was inducted into the H.B. Hall of Fame for my efforts. I carry this same discipline and integrity into the residential and commercial real estate sector and employ it in my negotiations to ensure the best prices for my client’s investments. After high school, I went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s Urban and Regional Planning program. This education gave me sharp lenses for urban and residential living, project development, and spatial designs. Whether my clients are buying, selling, or investing, I leverage all my experience and knowledge about the area's new homes and local neighborhoods to help guide my clients to make the right decisions for them. I recognize the value and trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations, and become their realtor for life!
