As a South Tampa native, I have lived in the area for over 25 years! I specialize in luxury residential and off-market commercial development and leverage my local market knowledge and connections to provide a flawless real estate experience for my clients. I graduated locally from H.B. Plant High school, where I led my football team to an 8A state championship win. I was rewarded in 2015 and was inducted into the H.B. Hall of Fame for my efforts. I carry this same discipline and integrity into the residential and commercial real estate sector and employ it in my negotiations to ensure the best prices for my client’s investments. After high school, I went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s Urban and Regional Planning program. This education gave me sharp lenses for urban and residential living, project development, and spatial designs. Licensed since 2013, Ms. Anna Crimi hails from Buffalo, NY and studied liberal arts and business at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. After a forray into marketing communications and event management, she began contracting for the Department of Defense in San Diego, CA. A financial management position with the Special Operations Command brought her to Tampa, where she currently resides south of Gandy. An avid birdwatcher, she is passionate about wildlife preservation and enjoys singing in her church choir. Joining Renaissance Realty Group team enables her to use all her experience andexpertise in another realm of helping people.
